Hi! We're Paula and Candice. We are health and lifestyle coaches who have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years each. Not only do we have plenty of experience coaching women on overcoming the struggles they face trying to change their lifestyle, but we've also struggled to achieve our own results in the past, so we know exactly the frustration you feel.

We've both made damn near every single mistake possible when it comes to fitness. We've binged and restricted, tried every single "diet" you could think of, taken hundreds of supplements, hired tons of coaches, and fought tooth and nail to get out of our own way.

Because of how much time and hard work it took to get us here, we decided to make it our mission to learn as much as we could about fitness so we could help you do the same thing without all the frustration and in a much shorter amount of time.

We are here to cut through the confusion to bring you clarity. We will teach you which daily habits to build, but we'll also help you understand why these habits will yield the results you've been fighting for.

Charilyn Martinez - 6 Weeks

This was Charilyn's FIRST Challenge ever, and her first time tracking macros. She focused on the four main areas of habit formation (how much you eat, what you eat, movement and intentional exercise) and lost 13lbs in 6 weeks!

"No matter how busy your life is, there’s always time for yourself. For me I always wake up really early and I would spend my time on the phone now I wake up and get my walk and worked out done.

Consistency is what makes the difference. By.creating a consistency working towards your goals will make you feel accomplish and happier. Even.though I haven’t reach my goals completely yet I already feel happier working towards them."

"Also thank you both so much for all the info in the calls. This has all really simplified my meals. It's so much less stressful now.

I never realized how complicated having so much processed garbage was to track even if it's "healthy".

Our fridge is filled with plenty of whole food options. Even grocery shopping is easier!

My body feels so much better already. And even my natural energy levels are better. Im a mom of 6, the youngest 9 months old, so I'm still plenty tired 🤪 but just overall I feel great. This is the change I have been needing! ♥️"

Alexis Tibbs - 6 Weeks

“I got Covid during week 2 but still pushed through best I could. It bummed me out when I broke my track record early in week 2. Then indulged in cake weekend 3- fought the mental battle as the scale had to rebalance for a few days. Definitely opened my eyes to how my body reacts to sugar & shit food.

My husband just left for a month (military) which is another emotional stress on top of work. But I told myself I will kick ass these last 2 weeks & do it for me!! Had a PERFECT day yesterday & then forgot to track it [my points]. But I won't let it get me down. I am feeling better than ever after years of yo/yo dieting & bad habits.

My nurses are noticing the changes especially with my mood early on & now physically. Thank you ladies for creating a program that EDUCATES & molds to every busy lifestyle. I finally realize there is literally no excuse. ☠️”

Jennifer Goins - 6 Weeks

"I honestly enjoyed EVERYTHING about this challenge!


1. The Zoom calls and FB lives were incredibly informative and kept me motivated throughout the challenge. 


2. This plan is so practical! I have done other challenges in the past where I would count down the days until the challenge was over so I could binge-eat everything I was missing out on. This time I have not felt deprived and I feel like these are eating habits that I can stick with. I am actually enjoying everything that I eat!


3. I realized that I actually CAN get the amount of movement in that I need to every day, when before I would make excuses as to why I was too busy or tired to get it done.

4. I feel so GOOD. I have been to doctors and GI specialists multiple times this year over massive gut issues and during these 6 weeks I have felt great and have not had the same issues that I had before starting the challenge. I am hopeful that this lifestyle change will be the end of the issues I was having.

5. The scale is finally going down. I tried for so long to lose weight and was starting to think that it just wasn’t going to happen for me, but it has! I feel so much more confident in my own skin now".
